The date didn't actually happen. I didn't hear from him to confirm our date. And I didn't hear from him. I figured he was blowing me off, so I made other plans. Finally, I heard from him about five hours before our alleged date (well, I got the e-mail after the date was supposed to take place). Totally clueless. He's since apologized, after I wrote a polite e-mail explaining that it's best to not wait four days before letting a woman know that, yes, you do in fact have a date with each other. But I'm not sure if I care enough to give it a second chance.
Too bad it wasn't a juicy story!
