I had that problem a few days ago...then when I went back to check their blogs, I noticed that I had left them like 10 comments in a row! Urrrgh. Hope it works for you soon. ;)

Wasn't this one of the problems that Blogger had when some people switched to the Beta version and others remained on the standard version? Not sure if they have fixed that glitch yet.
Which blogs are you having trouble with? TypePad blogs? There have been some spam filtering changes that may be part of the problem. Try contacting them at contact.sixapart.com.
