So you literally watched paint dry? Oh my! no fun at all!!
I've decided just to suck it up and not consider my SATC addiction pathetic anymore. Let's just call it quirky. It sounds so much better that way!
What's pathetic is how I haven't blogged in over a month.
HI!, I first want to say that I enjoy reading your blog! I'm going to San Fran this weekend and we have some things that we want to do during the day but can you suggest some night time places? Live music?

Common Girl -- Welcome. What kind of music do you like? What sort of bars? I'm not the hippest of the hip (more of a grungy bar type of bar/music gal). Off the top of my head, always good to investigate: The Boom Boom Room, The Bottom of the Hill (very alternative-type music), The Independent (formerly the Justice League), Great American Music Hall (sometimes gets bigger names and it a bit more expensive), upstairs of the Elbo Room in the Mission. Slims, Cafe du Nord.
The World Cup (if you're into that) will be showing at Mad Dog in the Fog in the Lower Haight (to name but one -- but it's a good British Pub!)
The best thing is to get a Guardian; it's a free paper that lists all of what's going on in SF for the upcoming days (music, movies, restaurants, etc.)
