My (technological) confession
After years of technological discrimination, angst, and fear, I finally broke down this weekend and bought: a cellphone. That's right, folks. I've finally decided to enter the 1990s. It's a big step (aided by an enormous hangover on Sunday). I'll need lots of support. But I'm sure (as everyone has told me) that my entire life is about to change! Here it is. I think I'll name him "Kermit."

It's very cute! Does it have a camera?
I hate phones, so I'm proud you've done for so long without one.
Ah yes. It does have a camera. Hopefully I'll be able to figure it out.
Very cute!
I suppose that this is not the appropriate venue to confess that I am thinking about buying a new mobile phone to replace my current phone (not that there is anything wrong with my current phone - I just want a new, sexy, sleek phone...)
Confess away. What's the point of having a cell phone if it isn't sexy and sleek?
I wish I could get rid of my phone....I have a love-hate relationship with it. But damn girl, if you're going to get a phone, might as well get a cute one. Love it!
My students actually applauded when I told them I'd bought a cell phone. They were stunned, though, as I've told them that I HATE cell phones.
